The Mexican Mofo

A Tasty Twist on the Classic Club, inspired by Mexico.

  • 30g - Norseland Mexicana or Applewood Cheese
  • 1 - 5 White Teacake (Toasted)
  • 3 - Rashers Of Unsmoked Rindless Back Bacon
  • 3 Slices - Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 3 - Mixed Pepper Rings (Grilled)
  • 1 - Garnish Of Bistro Salad
  • 15ml - Sweet Chilli Sauce

Method or Assembly Order

  1. Lightly toast the bun/teacake
  2. Layer 3 pieces of grilled bacon on base of bun
  3. Layer 3 pieces of grilled chicken breast on the bacon
  4. Add thinly sliced mexicana cheese on top of the chicken
  5. Lay a pinch of bistro salad on top
  6. Lay 3 rings of lightly grilled mixed peppers on top of salad
  7. Drizzle sweet chilli saice on lid of bun/teacake
  8. Put bun on top and add skewer with Mexican flag on top
