Ricky Bliss from Adelie Food Group created this recipe as part of his entry to the Wolverhampton Heat for the British Sandwich Designer of the Year Award in 2013 and called it 'Mozzarella Fig with Parma Ham.' It won in the EPC Apple, Pear and Fig Chutney category.
