Andy Phillips from greggs Plc, Newcastle Upon Tyne created this recipe as part of his entry to the Scottish Heat for the British Sandwich Designer of the Year Award in 2013 and called it 'Tomato Hummus, Vegetable Tagine, Beetroot and Orange Relish Flatbread .' It was a joint winner in the Dell'ami Hummus category.
