Rare Roast Beef with Rocket & Horseradish Mayo on Rye Bread

Chef Tom Bridge suggested this tempting treat as Sandwich of the Month for May 2013.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Rye bread buttered
  • Horseradish Sauce blended with Mayo
  • 1 slice Rare Roast Scottish Beef
  • 1 generous helping of rocket
  • Sea salt and freshly milled black pepper

Method

  • SPREAD each slice of bread with the horseradish.
  • LAYER bottom slice of bread with 1 slice each Beef and rocket
  • Season well and place the top slices onto the sandwiches and slice
