Chef Tom Bridge suggested this tempting treat as Sandwich of the Month for May 2013.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of Rye bread buttered
- Horseradish Sauce blended with Mayo
- 1 slice Rare Roast Scottish Beef
- 1 generous helping of rocket
- Sea salt and freshly milled black pepper
Method
- SPREAD each slice of bread with the horseradish.
- LAYER bottom slice of bread with 1 slice each Beef and rocket
- Season well and place the top slices onto the sandwiches and slice
